True to life, film inspired, and timeless. My approach is calm and client-centered. Drawing from experience in art direction, I blend the beautiful editorial aesthetics with the captivating, unexpected documentary style. When taking portraits, my focus is on creating quiet confidence, showcasing natural personalities, and capturing the unique nature of relationships.

I seamlessly incorporate both mediums into my work. My college degree is in Photography & Film, where I spent years extensively learning film and being inspired by its magic. This timeless medium directly inspires the way that I use my digital photography. I subtly edit my digital photos to maintain film-inspired consistency and true-to-life colors.
During wedding days, my deliverables consist of a blend – 75% digital and 25% film. For standalone portrait sessions, film is available as an optional add-on.

Yes, and often! I am based in the VA/DC/MD area, but I have a passport ready to go.

A signed contract & retainer (33% of the package) reserves your date! Payment is broken into 3 segments- retainer, halfway point, and 2 weeks before the wedding day.

The Process
I. Contact me
Fill out my contact form with some details about your plans and I’ll get back to you with more info! You’ll also receive a link to my current pricing guide and examples of full wedding galleries.
II. Meet
We’ll set up a time for a consultation on either Zoom or regular phone call, depending on your preference. During this call, I’ll learn more about your day and we can figure out if my work is the right fit for what you need.
III. Booking
I’ll send over a custom online proposal with the contract and online payment plan for you to review.
IV. Engagement session
Engagement sessions are included in all of my full day packages because it allows us to get to know each other before the wedding day, and helps you get some practice being in front of the camera. These sessions are super relaxed and tailored to what your relationship is like as a couple.
V. Wedding day
Time to focus on your day and know that the photography is going to be stress-free! We’ll work together before the wedding to plan out a smooth photography timeline, family photo lists, and any special image requests.
VI. Preview
I’ll send you a preview within 24hrs of the wedding so you can share images of your day and have more than cell phone pictures to look back on.
VII. Gallery delivery
Your full gallery of images will be ready to download in about 8 weeks! Each photo will be carefully edited, color corrected, and have true-to-life colors that will print beautifully. You can expect to receive about 100 images per hour. You’ll receive full printing rights so you can share and print to your hearts content!
